Food Truck Cook (On-Site Location) – Join Our Passionate Culinary Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. This position operates from a fixed on-site food trailer kitchen, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage prep work efficiently to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency and uphold service standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a line cook or in a food truck/trailer environment.
  • Strong understanding of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Valid Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
