- Leverage technology by entering and analyzing data in our advanced mass appraisal system
- Engage with people by researching and responding to enquiries from the public and municipal officials
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings both an aptitude for technical knowledge and strong people skills to the role. The ideal candidate has:
- Formal property assessment education, a university degree, or a post-secondary diploma from a recognized institution
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and statistical research skills
- Strong public relations and communication skills to build positive relationships with property owners and stakeholders
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and make thoughtful, quality-driven decisions
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A valid Class 5 driver's licence, with a willingness to travel to perform inspections
Both a cover letter and resume will be used in the screening process. Candidates under consideration may be required to participate in a numeracy, mathematical, and/or computer proficiency assessment to determine position suitability.
