Job Posting: Courier Driver – Niagara Region

Goodwill Industries Niagara is seeking a dedicated Courier Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods and mail between our locations throughout Niagara, supporting our mission to enrich lives and communities through the power of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Goodwill delivery vehicle, class G, for daily pickups and deliveries across the Niagara region.
  • Complete all required paperwork related to the transportation of goods and mail.
  • Deliver incoming and outgoing mail and goods to locations through out the Niagara region.
  • Perform daily vehicle circle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
  • Report any vehicle issues promptly to the Vice President of Operations.
  • Keep accurate driving logs and adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with warehouse tasks and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Class G license with valid insurance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
