Courier Driver

Duties:

- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated locations

- Follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery

- Scan, organize and load packages into the delivery vehicle

- Handle heavy or oversized items

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain delivery protocol, including proper attachments, calling customers and marking of tasks

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule (not a 9-5 position)
  • Valid Candian class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience as a courier driver or in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), But mostly will be small packages.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines

Nice to have:

-own cargo van.
