What You'll Do

Offer a high-touch, white-glove experience to clients, handling urgent changes, complex itineraries, delays, and cancellations.

  • Respond quickly and proactively via phone, email or chat, same-day, to client requests
  • Leverage Sabre GDS and other systems to research and book travel that balances client preferences and client policy
  • Generate accurate travel documents, itineraries, confirmations, and ancillary services
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, and changes with professionalism, composure, and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency, share best practices, and elevate the client experience
  • Keep client files updated, so anyone reviewing them can instantly understand account history and preferences
  • Make calls to hotel suppliers, vendors, and partners to validate bookings, billing, and service levels
  • Stay current on Elite's product suite, tech tools, industry trends, and promotions
  • Take on additional projects and assignments as required, contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives

Who You Are

  • Native or full professional fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • 5+ years in corporate travel, with strong experience using Sabre GDS
  • At least 2 years in a customer service or sales role
  • Master communicator; capable of selling, instructing, empathizing, explaining
  • Exceptional multitasker, organized and methodical under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, yet a strong team collaborator
  • Keen attention to detail — you catch what others might miss
  • Solution-oriented and calm in the face of surprises or emergencies
  • Technically comfortable (Computers, Phone Systems, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Global Distribution System Proficient (Sabre)
  • Bondable (willing to pass background & security checks)
  • Must have legal work eligibility in Alberta, Canada

Preferred: Post-secondary education in Travel & Tourism or related field
