Position Information
DMI Systems Support Analyst is responsible for providing software and high-level hardware support on Diagnostic Imaging's Information systems and workstations under the guidance of the DMI System Administrator through daily system maintenance activities and support.
This is a corporate position with a home base at the General Campus.
Temporary position until December 7th, 2026 approximately
Rotation/Shifts
Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- Information/Business Systems or Health Care related diploma;
- Minimum 4 years experience in an Information Management environment;
- Working knowledge of medical imaging processes;
- Demonstrated knowledge of HIS and other hospital systems that interrelate with Diagnostic Imaging information systems;
- Proficiency in Administrative software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation;
- Excellent Customer Service, Project Management and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
- Above-average ability to anticipate problems and react appropriately;
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information/Business Systems or Health Care;
- Experience working in a Diagnostic Imaging environment or equivalent healthcare related field;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
- Demonstrated teaching/training experience.
