Our top government client on the Oomple platform is looking for a Intermediate Systems Analyst to join their team for a 12-month Hybrid contract.

This position focuses on supporting core organizational functions through effective system analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the technical architecture meets the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the design and implementation of enhancements to various systems, including workflows and forms.
  • Create or update technical documentation (workflow actions, custom scripts, web service calls).
  • Provide technical support and guidance in areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices.
  • Coordinate system analysis, application development, and testing activities through direct and indirect staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work in an Agile team to deliver bug fixes, operational enhancements, and new functionality to existing in-house software.
  • Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other infrastructure groups within the organization.
  • Ensure implementations follow corporate design, development, and deployment standards, adhering to corporate security policies.
  • Collaborate with the Testing team for testing of overall technical solutions.
  • Lead/Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements, utilizing modern DevSecOps practices.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to the Solution Support team to ensure product sustainability.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in C#, building APIs, Azure, and Terraform.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems development or full software agile lifecycle.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical ability with proven technical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
