Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Airport Sales Representative must :

  • Meet people and companies likely to become new customers in the assigned territory ;
  • Promote equipment to assigned customers ;
  • Identify and solicit potential customers ;
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services ;
  • Introduce customers to the benefits of our products and services and how to use them ;
  • Evaluate and establish prices and delivery dates ;
  • Apply credit, contract and guarantee conditions ;
  • Draft sales contracts, tenders and other related documents ;
  • Communicate with customers, after the sale or signing of contracts, in order to resolve problems concerning the sales or service offered and ensure follow-up ;
  • Develop and establish long-term relationships with customers.
