Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital analytics, along with proficiency in various design and management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Canva and CapCut
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is free of errors before publication.
  • Assist in public relations efforts by promoting brand initiatives through social media channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing using Canva and CapCut.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on branding and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of photography principles is a plus.
