Administrative Assistant Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer and direct emails and inquiries
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents with extensive use of excel
  • Support team members with administrative and project-related tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of office records and sensitive information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Applied Business Administration certification preferred
  • Experience using office equipment like printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Familiarity with scheduling and project management tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
