Job title: Kitchen Helper

Job Type: Full-time and permanent, part-time (10 AM to 6 PM, working hours)

Job Wage: $15.00/hour, 30-35 hours/week

Location: 3713 Gateway Blvd NW Edmonton, Alberta T6J5H2

Job Description:

  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls according to company guideline.

  • Ensure knowledge of menus

  • Attend work as scheduled

  • Keep records of the quantities of food used

  • Use manual to clean ingredients and electrical appliances to prepare tea and toppings

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.

  • Handle and store cleaning products

  • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

  • Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor or on-duty manager

  • Make gold pearls and prepare ingredients and toppings

  • Maintain cleanliness of the work areas throughout the day

  • Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as necessary.
