We are looking for dedicated, passionate individuals to join our kitchen team and help us elevate the dining experience for our guests.

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will be at the heart of our kitchen team, preparing and cooking food to order while maintaining the high standards of quality, taste, and presentation that our guests have come to expect. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for food, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards of quality and consistency

● Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas

● Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards

● Maintain composure and quality of work during peak service hours

● Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service

● Continuously learn and develop culinary skills through on-the-job training

● Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

● A passion for cooking and creating great food

● Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required for entry-level positions

● Strong work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and stay focused during busy service

● Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

● Commitment to cleanliness and food safety

● Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment

● A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation:

● Entry-Level Positions: $19/hr + Tip out

● Senior Line Positions: $21/hr + Tip out

● Leadership Positions: $23/hr + Tip out
