Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an
Intermediate Project Manager- DCC/ATM/POS
and offers a dynamic environment for professionals looking to make a difference in payment technology. As an Intermediate PM, you will oversee the enhancement of critical systems supporting global currency conversions, ensuring seamless integration with major payment networks like Visa and Mastercard. This role involves collaborating with highly skilled teams, managing project scopes, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks across project teams to meet objectives effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project progress and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate rollout activities.
  • Track project finances, monitor progress, and report on key metrics and milestones to sponsors and senior management.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 5-7+ years of experience in payment product design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment card networks (Visa and Mastercard).
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel for planning and reporting.
  • Experience managing project budgets ranging from $500K to $1M.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile methodologies, and Azure/cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, potentially in multiple languages.

Nice to Have

  • Language skills such as Spanish, French, or Italian.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communicator able to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
