Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher & Outsourcing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating freight terms, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in account management and B2B sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a Dispatcher & Outsourcing Representative, you'll be responsible for sourcing freight, negotiating rates, coordinating third-party carriers, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation solutions. You'll serve as the key link between shippers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate freight opportunities with shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party carriers and partners.
- Manage freight outsourcing, including load tracking and documentation.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor market trends and optimize logistics solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and operations for load planning.
- Handle problem resolution in a proactive and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
