As a Dispatcher & Outsourcing Representative, you'll be responsible for sourcing freight, negotiating rates, coordinating third-party carriers, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation solutions. You'll serve as the key link between shippers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate freight opportunities with shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party carriers and partners.
- Manage freight outsourcing, including load tracking and documentation.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor market trends and optimize logistics solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and operations for load planning.
- Handle problem resolution in a proactive and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
