Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of daily operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista-style drinks, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment throughout shifts.
  • Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, including roles involving serving, cashiering, or barista duties.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Experience in food safety practices and basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations is beneficial.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
