We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for people and a knack for knocking it out of the park. This person will be hire #2 in an HR team striving for big things, and will report directly to the Head of People Operations. See if this sounds like you

You can't wait to:
  • Attract, screen, and interview some of Canada's brightest to find Planswell's next 50 employees
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planswell's leaders to understand their people needs and help them hit their ambitious growth targets
  • Be a strong ambassador for Planswell's mission and people--privately in one-on-one interviews, publically at Toronto's local talent events, and socially across online platforms
You'll be successful because you bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience learning and growing in talent acquisition (or similar client-facing roles: sales, business development, customer service)
  • A strong track record of crushing your metrics
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for both people, and Planswell's mission
