Talent Acquisition Specialist (Independent Contractor – 100% Commission-Based)

Company: SINIM Bridge (Registered Federal Corporation, Canada)

Location: Open to candidates worldwide

Client Base: Canada & USA

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, business-minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR and Talent team. This position is ideal for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to grow independently while working under the supervision of our Talent Acquisition Director and collaborating with an international team.

This is a 100% commission-based role that offers a genuine opportunity to gain Canadian and U.S. recruitment experience and build a professional HR portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements across relevant online platforms.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates from the U.S. and Canada.
  • Review, collect, and screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Conduct virtual and/or in-person interviews.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and submit hiring documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Director for final hiring submissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles is a strong asset.
  • Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and mobile phone.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable professional attitude.

Compensation

  • Commission-based: Payment issued after successful hiring closure.
  • Timeline varies based on the role's probationary period (typically 15 days to 6 months).
