Westlock Motors is seeking an exceptional self-starter with strong administrative and customer service skills to join their team as a Receptionist This is a full-time, TEMPORARY position with an approximate term ending date in April or May of 2026.

The successful candidate will earn a wage of $20 per hour.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department/person using a busy switchboard
  • Maintain the guest coffee station, ordering supplies and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the area
  • Provide other general administrative support as required

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, up-beat attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful self-starter that is extremely well organized
  • Strong computer skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
