The team at Riverside Dental Centre located in Red Deer, AB are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our amazing team. Our administrative team are our first point of contact for our patients and we are committed to providing an exceptional patient experience and that starts with you We want our team to be empowered to create these experiences and be fully engaged at work - we also like to have fun

SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Days of the week Monday- Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Receptionist
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
