As our

Receptionist

, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our showroom. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and friendliness
  • Schedule customer appointments and manage a busy phone system
  • Handle administrative tasks and provide general office support
  • Maintain accountability and ensure daily operations are completed to standard
  • Support colleagues and management while upholding company policies
  • Represent GreenFox with integrity in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, diplomatic approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit documents
  • A positive, dedicated, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
