Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

A busy and growing window and door manufacturing company in Burnaby, BC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation, and month-end reporting)
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (digital & paper)
- Provide front desk support: answer phones, greet clients, and direct inquiries
- Schedule installations and coordinate with customers and installers
- General office administration and support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is an asset
