We're looking for skilled and motivated
Production Assemblers
to join our team. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong experience in
manufacturing production
, or individuals with a
plumbing, electrical or mechanical background
, who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced plumbing and electrical assembly tasks with precision and efficiency
- Support production planning and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment
- Assist in training and mentoring junior assemblers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
What You Bring
- Extensive hands-on experience in
manufacturing
, or knowledge and experience with
plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems - Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Leadership experience or potential
to grow into a supervisory role
