**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the woodshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the fabrication and assembly of wood products based on project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various woodworking tasks.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in woodworking techniques and tool usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required for various projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in woodworking or a related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with power tools and woodworking machinery.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to work and support individuals with a disability.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and teach skills to a variety of abilities.
- A maintenance person mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From $25.07 per hour
