Production Team Members
to join our manufacturing team in St.Brieux, SK. Bourgault Industries is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth. We Are Looking For

  • Full-Time Permanent
  • Full-Time Temporary (until April 2026)

Responsibilities

  • Following detailed procedures in the designated department.
  • Operating front end equipment including CNC and manual machines.
  • Blasting, coating, hanging and packaging parts.
  • Assemble products coming into assembly areas from internal and external suppliers.

Academic/Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • On the job training provided.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use power tools and read blueprints is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work a 2-week rotating shift.
  • Able to perform physical work.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to learn

Wage Range
$21.50-$35.00 – Starting wage is dependent on experience.
