Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada Fit Foods Full time

Do you see stories where others see products?

At Fit Foods, we believe in the transformative power of nutrition. Our mission is simple:

HAPPIER LIVES FROM HEALTHIER LIVING
.

For 29 years, we have fueled active, healthy lifestyles through innovation, quality, and purpose. Our products are crafted right here in Canada and sold in over 100 countries. But the story is far from over — in fact, the next chapter is just beginning.

And that is where you come in.

We are looking for an Events Coordinator — a master multitasker who thrives on bringing experiences to life and turning plans into unforgettable moments.

You will be the force behind the scenes, ensuring every booth, banner, and backstage detail aligns perfectly — from first setup to final teardown.

What gets us excited?

  • A Master Organizer
     — You don't just plan; you orchestrate. Calendars, logistics, budgets, and deadlines are your playground. You know how to manage moving parts and still keep the big picture in focus.
  • A Creative Problem-Solver
     — You anticipate challenges before they happen and find smart, practical solutions. Whether it's reworking a floor layout or managing last-minute vendor changes, you stay cool under pressure and make it work.
  • An Event Execution Pro
     — You understand the rhythm of live events — from trade shows to brand activations. You can handle travel logistics, setup, teardown, and everything in between, ensuring every experience runs seamlessly.
  • A People Connector
     — You collaborate effortlessly with internal teams, vendors, athletes, and ambassadors. Your communication is clear, professional, and positive — keeping everyone aligned and energized.
  • A Brand Champion
     — You care about the details that represent the brand. From booth design to staff hospitality, you make sure every event reflects quality, professionalism, and passion.

What you bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience coordinating and scheduling special events (experience in sports nutrition or marketing events is an asset).
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver events and promotions from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — you love structure and efficiency.
  • Hands-on knowledge of audio/video setups and event signage production.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and vendors.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • A "show up and make it happen" mindset — curious, solution-oriented, and team-focused.

Note: *Candidate will be required to travel out of the country occasionally for the role.
