FireSmart Coordinator

(Full Time – 2 Year Grant Funded position)

The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District is seeking a FireSmart Coordinator to support the implementation of FireSmart initiatives and enhance community wildfire preparedness. The FireSmart Coordinator helps deliver education programs, outreach materials, and community events, while working collaboratively with all employees of the ACRD, other local governments, provincial agencies, First Nations, and Fire Departments. This position will be occasionally required to work outside of regular work hours including evenings and weekends.
