Position overview:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative Team Coordinator with a strong focus on vendor relationship management to support cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining productive vendor relationships, streamlining communication across departments, and supporting the execution of joint initiatives aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
- Communicate vendor requirements, timelines, and updates clearly to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of collaboration strategies.
- Monitor the progress of joint projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Support teams in coordinating their efforts and resolving any minor issues.
- Organize and manage collaborative initiatives and events.
- Gather and relay important information between department to prevent misunderstandings and delays.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all collaborative efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management, project coordination, or working in retail industry is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of marketing and product management processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
