The Opportunity: Your Core Focus on Western Canada
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the entire franchise sales lifecycle for the Almond Nail Bar brand, with a dedicated focus on expanding into key markets across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Qualification: Manage and nurture all inbound franchise inquiries for Almond Nail Bar, conducting initial screenings and determining fit against our ideal franchisee profile.
- Territorial Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically targeting provinces within Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia).
- Sales Cycle Management: Guide prospective franchisees through the entire discovery process, from initial contact and sharing the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to final contract signing.
- Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust and excitement around the unique value proposition of the Almond Nail Bar brand.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all development activities adhere strictly to federal and provincial franchise laws and manage CRM documentation.
- Reporting: Provide weekly forecasts, reports, and detailed sales funnel analysis to the VP of Operations.
- Office Requirement: This role requires regular attendance at our Winnipeg office.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in single-unit or multi-unit franchise sales/development within the retail, beauty, fitness, or service industry.
- Deep understanding of the franchise sales process, including the FDD and compliance requirements specific to Canadian provinces.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency (experience managing and maintaining a high-volume sales funnel).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Winnipeg, Manitoba.
