About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Soaring Leadership brand, elevate our thought leadership, and generate awareness and engagement across multiple channels. You will work closely with leadership to translate ideas, insights, and programs into compelling written and visual content that resonates with executives, leaders, and organizations.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and support marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and other channels
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for marketing and thought leadership initiatives
  • Support thought leadership by transforming articles, insights, and workshops into market-ready content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement
  • Support event promotion, workshops, and leadership programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed

What we're looking for

  • Experience or education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Video editing skills are essential, including comfort with tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and digital content strategy
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • A values-driven professional who cares about people, leadership, and growth
