Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries
  • Manage warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging
  • Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors
  • Oversee the use of multiple fleet vehicle delivery platforms
  • Supervise the ARI local fleet of company vehicles
  • Manage the storing of inventory and its distribution
  • Communicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managers
  • Assist with various invoice management for the local branch
  • Handle ordering of various parts as requested by local branch

Education / Certifications

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Forklift certification required

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior experience in warehouse management / Logistics, preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
