**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Able to work in a Laundry Facility and can work in fast pace environment.
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain safety standards and cleanliness.
- Analyze data related to warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation, including forklift use.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams.
- Data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics and drive improvements.
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
