The mission is to plan, direct and coordinate the supply, replacement, storage and distribution activities of the company's materials and products. **Knowledge and skills of the position**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
- Experience in e-commerce and fulfillment solutions.
- Experience in Lean manufacturing.
- Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations in multiple areas.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control process and procedures.
- Experience in logistics operations.
- Experience with supply chains.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Analysis Skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and proactivity.
- Desirable skills in AIR TABLE.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish the Headcount necessary to develop the activities in your area.
- SLA (Air Table) monitoring and product order assignment.
- Follow step by step the SOPs of the products that belong to the company's main clients.
- Warehouse distribution under the ABC method.
- Supply of bins, their arrangement and distribution per client.
- Make product location transfers through Ship Hero.
- Lead the warehouse team.
- Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports for Management, Customer Service or Clients.
- Control and reduce inventory costs.
- Carry out cyclical inventories periodically to ensure its accuracy.
- Supervise picking location replenishment activities.
- Ensure the correct inventory transaction as well as the location of products in racks/bines.
- Investigate and resolve inventory problems in all areas of the warehouse.
- Determine the root cause of inventory discrepancies.
- Make adjustments to inventory as necessary.
- Perform inventory control audits through counting and auditing warehouse locations.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and container location reports.
- Use Controls and KPI's reports
- Attend daily meetings of Daily Management.
- Attend weekly Improvement meetings and provide follow-up on proposed projects.
- Create and track procedures, formats, work instructions or visual aids related to your daily activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1.00 per hour
