YOUR IMPACT
The role of a manager is a leader in a Production Services team to maintain, fine-tune, and optimise application deployment and usage based on efficient monitoring. You will focus on supporting applications and infrastructure for OpenText platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that application solutions are consistent with the overall architecture. This role will have accountability for technical alignment, health and capability of the production and non-production environments. You will oversee maintenance tasks such as upgrades, provide technical support, and troubleshoot application-related issues. You have eyes for details to identify practices that can be improved, and you are a team player to work within the team and collaborate with other teams. You will work closely with software development, customer support, and infrastructure teams. Will manage on-call rotation for 24x7x365 support of production environments.

•    Experience in monitoring cloud services

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

•    5+ Years of experience in managing SRE or Cloud Systems Engineering teams.

•    Experience in managing applications/system administrations. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.

•    Experience in managing public cloud deployments (AWS, Azure)

•    Understanding of software architecture and Microsoft Stack (.NET, C#, SQL and Azure).

•    Experience in automation software and scripting (batch, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)

•    Experience in monitoring software and scripting (New Relic, Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG, etc.)

•    Strong understanding of security, backup and recovery

•    Basic understanding of network protocols
