Cloud Operations Manager

Job Overview: MingXuan Cloud Operations Inc. is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure team in Ajax. We provide high-availability cloud solutions for enterprise clients, and we need a leader who can manage complex deployments while maintaining a 99.9% uptime standard.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Oversee incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and disaster recovery protocols.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
- Drive FinOps initiatives to track, report, and optimize monthly cloud spend.
- Partner with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Manage a local team of 5+ cloud engineers, providing technical mentorship and performance reviews.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years in Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps roles.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of network security, IAM, and compliance (SOC2/GDPR).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Bash) for operational automation.
- Proven experience in cost-management and resource right-sizing.
Education & Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
