Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team as a full-time teacher. The ideal candidate will be strongly committed to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves working closely with children to promote their development and learning through engaging activities and individualized support.

Duties

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning through play and exploration.
  • Provide caregiving and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates the needs of all students
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and communicating effectively with parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning.

Qualifications

  • Must hold valid Full ECE certificate
  • Must have minimum three years experience at childcare facility (Elementary school teaching experience not in count)
  • Must have valid work permit
  • Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture and support children's emotional and developmental needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for educating young minds and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Open minded for performance feedbacks to improve yourself
  • Flexible and adaptable to our philosophy

About the daycare:

Group childcare for children ages 3 to 5. Maximum capacity 8 children

Philosophy: Combination of Montessori and Free-play based

Daycare hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Needs full availability)

Hours of work: hours per week

Expected Start date: Monday, December 1st, 2025
