Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in both mechanical knowledge and customer service.

Our shop specializes in German makes, therefore some Euro experience preferred.

Duties

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, utilizing both hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
  • Interpret schematics and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Engage in heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are accounted for after use.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is essential.
  • Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in welding is a plus, enhancing the ability to perform various repairs.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of automotive schematics is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.18-$41.99 per hour
