Senior Revenue Operations Manager
to execute the strategy, and lead systems, and analytics that drive SOCi's go-to-market efficiency and growth. This role will oversee the end-to-end revenue operations ecosystem — aligning people, processes, and technology to ensure predictable, scalable revenue performance.

The ideal Senior Revenue Operations Manager is both strategic and hands-on — comfortable developing executive-ready insights one day and optimizing CRM architecture the next. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline pipeline management, and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level of the organization.

SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $80,000 to 120,000 CAD base plus bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Lead forecasting and pipeline operations across Clari and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for executive and board-level reporting.
  • Own the design and optimization of GTM processes, from lead management to closed-won, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Develop and scale analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks using Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to deliver clear visibility into performance trends.
  • Oversee territory planning and account management, ensuring logical segmentation, fair coverage models, and accurate account assignments.
  • Manage account data maintenance and hierarchy management across Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and DealHub, ensuring consistency and clean data flow between systems.
  • Partner with GTM and Finance leaders to support forecasting cadence, capacity modeling, and revenue planning.
  • Drive adoption, process optimization, and integration across key tools in the revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and DealHub.
  • Establish data governance standards and implement quality control mechanisms to improve reliability and confidence in reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic insights, ad hoc analyses, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members or analysts in data analysis, system management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until our Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established. Once the office is in place, it will transition to a hybrid model, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.
  • Must Have:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS organization.

  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, quota setting, and capacity planning at scale.
  • Experience in territory planning, account segmentation, and data stewardship across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling reporting and analytics frameworks across CRM and/or BI platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Clari, with proven success managing forecasting, reporting, and process automation.
  • Proven experience working across a variety of GTM tools for sales engagement, CPQ, forecasting, and pipeline management, with the ability to adapt processes and insights across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
