We are currently looking for a CHEF de PARTIE to join our dynamic team at FIVE SAILS RESTAURANT, located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Our team delivers Vancouver's only Four Diamond dining experience in a charming and relaxed atmosphere. Where the city meets the harbor, and the land meets the sea.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Past experience working as a Chef de Partie at similar fine dining establishments with 3-5 years of cooking experience (preferred) and 1 year of junior management experience

· Basic butchery skills & knowledge; ability to work on meat/fish station is required

· Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation; enforce sanitation protocol and safety standards for every team member

· Ability to work well in a team; maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and guests

· Excellent communication skills

· Passion for delivering quality food and service

· Multitasking and organizational ability

· Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
