Role Summary:

Drive sales and build strong relationships with business clients across your assigned territory. Represent our premium furniture brand, identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure clients receive exceptional service.

Success in This Role:

· Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

· Develop long-term, trusted client relationships

· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

· Contribute to market growth and enhanced customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage client relationships across assigned regions

· Identify new business opportunities and present tailored furniture solutions

· Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management

· Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience

· Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients

· Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools

· Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and client meetings

Qualifications:

· Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, interior design, or related industries

· Strong knowledge of Ontario and Quebec markets

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently

· Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting software

· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in sales, business, or related field is an asset

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ontario and Quebec

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
