Mathnasium of South Surrey is hiring an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and management of its learning centre.

- Support the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans

- Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions

- Teach/tutor in-centre, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Solid math skills up to algebra level
- Experience in supervisory/leadership roles
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Proficiency in computer skills
