We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as coordinator of our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team. The primary focus of this position is to move forward activities related to the marketing and business development of the Wilderman Cosmetic Clinic and affiliated companies.

The ideal candidate will create, and implement marketing strategies using digital and non-digital methods to gain new customers and develop relationships with current customers. As such, this person must be familiar with WordPress, Canva, Print Design, SEO, SEM, SMS and Email Marketing, Google ads, and Social Media.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for all business divisions
  • Plan and execute all paid, earned, and owned digital marketing, including Social Media, and SMS/Email Marketing to drive results and increase awareness
  • Identify consumer awareness/acquisition opportunities by target audience and marketing channel
  • Develop and implement an annual advertising/marketing strategy
  • Creating digital and printed materials
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and copy for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
  • Accountable for key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.
  • Actively look for new business opportunities and growth for the company
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and the team to create and revise projects
  • Track the status and approvals of all projects
  • Review and communicate monthly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, defining and driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicating best practices, and sharing lessons learned.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Efficient time management when given multiple tasks with multiple deadlines
  • 2 years of Digital Marketing Experience
  • 3 years of experience of some or all the following: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Social Media content creation, SMS/Email Marketing (sequences), WordPress, Partnership Marketing, and E-commerce
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google ads, is considered an asset
  • Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Understanding of social media advertising and campaign management
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
