We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our growing team and help elevate Nova's brand presence across platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping our online presence. Creating content that educates, inspires, and builds trust with our audience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily content (posts, Reels, Stories, TikToks) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Edit short-form videos (e.g., procedure insights, before/after transformations, patient testimonials, doctor features) from raw footage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns
  • Track performance analytics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content based on insights
  • Stay ahead of trends in the medical aesthetics, hair restoration, and beauty industries

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of social media experience (ideally in aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury service industries)
  • Strong content creation and video editing skills (Reels/TikTok proficiency required)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and creative storytelling ability
  • Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, and Canva or Adobe tools
  • Photography/videography experience is a plus
