An Advertising and Production Services company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead new business development and drive long-term growth. This is a senior, outward-facing role working closely with leadership to build revenue, strengthen market presence, and expand client relationships.
The Head of Sales owns the sales function end-to-end, from proactive outreach and opportunity development to long-term relationship building. This role brings in new work across agencies, brands, in-house creative teams, and direct clients, while collaborating with leadership on positioning, marketing strategy, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, in-house teams, and direct clients
Lead outreach, meetings, presentations, and ongoing client engagement
Represent the company at industry events and external meetings
Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, positioning, and growth opportunities
Identify, develop, and advance opportunities aligned with the company's capabilities
Contribute to community-building and industry presence initiatives
Ideal Background
Proven experience in sales or business development within advertising, production, or creative services
Established relationships across agencies, brands, or in-house creative teams
Confident, relationship-driven communicator with strong follow-through
Strategic, self-directed, and highly collaborative

Compensation: Salary $75k - $100K + Commission
