We are currently looking for Intermediate or Master Hair Stylists to join us on a part-time or flexible Chair Rental basis.

Canada-licensed

Skilled in cutting, coloring, or texture / structural services

Ideal for stylists with an existing clientele

Support available to help you grow and build your client base

Our salon is fully equipped with digital perm machines, advanced scalp care systems, and blue-ray steamers, offering a refined space and professional tools so you can focus on your craft and personal style.

Head2Toe is a vibrant, full-service salon in Airdrie offering hair, nails, massage, headspa, facials, brows, lashes, and cosmetic acupuncture — all under one roof. Founded by seasoned professionals previously serving a loyal clientele in Calgary's Bridgeland community, we've brought our passion for high-quality service and total customer care to a stylish new location in Airdrie.

At Head2Toe, we embrace modern beauty trends and elevate the customer experience with advanced equipment and techniques including digital perms, hair spa rituals, scalp care treatments, and Japanese head spas. Our support team, including dedicated shampoo assistants, allows stylists to focus on their craft while ensuring clients are cared for every step of the way.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Licensed hairstylists with 3+ years (Intermediate) or 8+ years (Master) of experience
  • Perform hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and treatments while ensuring sanitation standards are met.
  • Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Interested in new techniques such as digital perm, scalp care, and treatment-focused services
  • Dependable -- able to work independently while being a team player
  • Available part-time or full-time (let us know your availability)

Pay Information:

This is a commission-based position

Pay structure based on service revenue and experience level

Clients are booked directly with you, and your earnings grow with your performance

New stylists will receive priority booking for walk-in clients to help build their clientele
