Join our growing team as a Site Supervisor in Construction and Restoration
Are you a natural leader on the job site — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, keeps things organized, and knows how to get the job done right? Do you enjoy working with people, solving problems on the fly, and helping bring clarity and structure to complex situations?

If so, we want to meet you.

We're a growing restoration and construction company, and we're looking for a Site Supervisor to support our Project Manager and Project Coordinator in running restoration jobs — from initial disaster cleanup to full reconstruction. Whether it's fire, flood, or structural damage, we help people get their homes and businesses back, and we need someone who's ready to step in and take charge on-site.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction and restoration activities
  • Manage trades and subcontractors — directing workflow, scheduling, and quality control
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and coworkers — even under pressure
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain site safety and documentation using modern tools and technology
  • Be the reliable, go-to person keeping things on track and moving forward
What We're Looking For:
  • An experienced construction supervisor who can lead from the front
  •  Someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing demands
  •  A confident communicator who's great with people — even in tough situations
  •  Experience on construction sites, comfortable directing crews and troubleshooting
  •  Tech-savvy enough to handle reporting, documentation, and digital tools
  •  A fast learner who's open to being trained in the restoration process
Why Join Us?
  • Permanent, full-time role with growth opportunities
  • Career progression — we promote from within
  • Work that's varied, meaningful, and never boring
  • Be part of a tight-knit team that supports one another
  • Help people rebuild and recover — and feel good about your work every day
If you're the kind of person who leads with empathy, stays grounded under pressure, and takes pride in supporting others through difficult times, we'd love to have you on our team. Together, we'll help bring comfort, stability, and real solutions to those who need it most.
