Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to lead and manage on-site construction activities for our residential and land development projects. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at locations in Calgary, AB, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing subcontractors, and coordinating site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with various subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety protocols
  • Technical expertise in reading blueprints and understanding architectural and engineering drawings
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software and project management tools
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to transition between on-site and remote work when needed
  • Prior experience in residential construction or land development is an asset
  • Relevant certifications/qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields are preferred
