The role:
your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional Tier 2 IT support to the internal users of the company,addressing their IT inquiries, requests, and incidents promptly through tickets

Requirements:
Computer Technology related degree
2-5 years IT support or desktop support experience, experience
Working knowledge of Windows & MacOS, iOS & Android, networking and video conference technologies
Excellent communication who can explain complicated IT problems to non-technical individual
Excellent customer service skills with polite manners and able to handle pressure from frustrated users.
Strong IT troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Great team player who can work in a collaborative culture
Self-motivate, open-to-learn and be receptive to change and improvement
Ability to manage and prioritise own tasks and helpdesk issues
