You will

  • Take a leading role developing and executing Anthem's internal and external corporate communications initiatives.
  • Research, write, edit, proof and disseminate content for Anthem's internal newsletter communication
  • Oversee Anthem's social media strategy creation, execution and success measurements
  • Support the planning and execution of Team Ritual Events including an annual All Hands, and bi-monthly Townhalls
  • Manage external corporate marketing tactics including Anthem's corporate newsletter, award submissions, corporate website/branding governance and corporate gifting program
  • Collaborate with Anthem leadership and other teams to support their communications needs and amplify their key messages to internal and external stakeholders, including press releases, presentation decks, community events, crisis management and other communications tactics
  • Reflect and report on communications projects to Anthem Leadership team
  • Manage Anthem's Giving Team, including facilitating weekly meetings, overseeing budget tracking and coordinating donation logistics
  • Pursue opportunities to continue learning, share your unique learnings and experiences with others, and celebrate often
  • Be the core connector at Anthem, working with various teams throughout B.C., Alberta, Ontario and California to formulate company-wide messages consistently, efficiently and effectively to our various stakeholders.

You have

  • Minimum 4 years previous work experience in a Communications, Marketing or Public Relations role
  • Degree/Certificate in a related field
  • Strong understanding of general Marketing skills/expertise, design principles, videography and photography
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset
  • HTML and website management is an asset

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
