Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, as a Microbiology Technician. The responsibilities include conducting microbiological testing and analyses, preparing and maintaining samples, performing laboratory procedures according to regulatory standards, documenting results, and ensuring quality control. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with other laboratory divisions on multidisciplinary projects and maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in microbiological testing, sample preparation, and laboratory procedures
  • Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Strong documentation and data analysis skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and work on complex analyses
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a laboratory environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field
  • Prior laboratory experience or related work in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or healthcare industry is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
