Based in Toronto, Ontario, this part-time, permanent weekend management role offers $40.26 to $46.88 per hour for approximately 14 hours weekly, overseeing operations of a trauma-informed residential program for female youth aged 12 to 17 who are survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking.
About the OpportunityHealthOPM is hiring on behalf of a Toronto-based non-profit organization offering specialized residential treatment for youth impacted by complex trauma and exploitation.
As a Child & Youth Care Manager, youll provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight to ensure safety, compliance, and quality of care during weekend operations.
Location: North York, ON.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support weekend residential staff
Ensure compliance with ministry and accreditation standards
Oversee staffing schedules, crisis response, and documentation
Support program quality assurance and operational readiness
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC/CYW)
Registered with OACYC
- Minimum 5 years youth support experience and 2 years supervisory experience
